What do I do when my Lennods bag is broken or damaged?
During the warranty period you can take the bag to the store where you bought it. The shopkeeper will assess the bag and possibly send it to our repair center.

What is the warranty period of a Lennods bag? 
Lennods is proud of having a very low number of warranty claims. As all our products are handmade unforeseen human errors may occur and therefore each of our products comes with a 12 month warranty on manufacturing and workmanship after the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase (receipt) is required if a product needs repair service. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches or damage caused by abnormal use of the material, stretching or softening of leather, normal wear and tear or damage to zippers by overloading and so on.

How do I maintain my Lennods bag?
Depending on which leather is used, it’s advisable to occasionally grease or spray the bag with a colorless wax. Learn more about maintenance of your bag on the maintenance page

Where can I buy a Lennods bag?
You can not buy a Lennods bag at this website. Look on the store page if there’s a store in your area.

Can I get a log in code for the client zone?
