Guarantee conditions
Lennods is proud of having a very low number of warranty claims. As all our products are handmade unforeseen human errors may occur and therefore each of our products comes with a 12 month warranty on manufacturing and workmanship after the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase (receipt) is required if a product needs repair service. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as scratches or damage caused by abnormal use of the material, stretching or softening of leather, normal wear and tear or damage to zippers by overloading and so on.
During the warranty period you can take the bag to the store where you bought it. The shopkeeper will assess the bag and possibly send it to our repair center.
